Read M^rs Vanswerengins Pett^on praying an Act to pass to
sell the Lands of M^r Sam^ll Withers and M^r Iohn LLewellin
deed: to pay the Debts of the said Withers and LLewellin
Referrd to a further Consideration
A Bill for transferring the Debts in Sum^rsett County due
from the Severall officers by vertue of the Act of Assembly
imposeing a Mulct upon officers read the third time.
A bill for Impowering Benj^a Williams and his heires to Sell
the Lands of Joseph Williams his Brother Decesed called
Tibaulds for the Payment of the Debts of the said Ioseph
Williams read the third Time
Proposed that an Address be Drawne up to Send to his
Maj^tye to pray his Maj^tyes Clemencey In releiving of the Severall
Iudgem^ts given in this Province ag^t Severall the Inhabitants of
this Province vpon Navigation Bonds
Resolved th^t an address be Drawne & th^t the Comittee of
Lawes prepare such an Address.

Ord^rd that M^r W^m Taylard be joyned & added to the
Comittee of Lawes
The honble ffrancis Ienkins Enters the house & informes
them as follows
M^r Speaker his Ex^cy desires you To send two of the Mem-
bers of this house to the Covncill Board to see M^r Rob^t Mason
Treasurer of the Westerne Shoare make oath to his Account
Ord^rd that Coll Ioⁿ Thompson & Maj^r Walter Smith goe &
see the said M^r Mason prove his Acco^t who returne & say the
have seen him make oath to the Same
