Appear before his Excy the Govern' and his Matys honble
Councill and the honble the Delegates and Deputys now
sitting in Assembly to know whether they will Come in and
remain amongst them.
And further the said Comittee doe say that they Canot
proceed any further in the sd Affair relateing to the Indians
untill the returne of the sd Messengers

This Board do Agree with the opinion of the house that the
said Liev' Col Smallwood and Mr Hutchison be Dispatched
away to the Indians
