Committees out he will send for them in and then Imediately
waite upon his Excy
The Comittees came in and the house goes up to the
Councill Chamber.
Att the Councill Chamber.
His Excy is pleased to acquaint Mr Speaker and the house
that he beleives that they neither have nor can yett forgett
what he said to them yesterday, and that he admires that
having yesterday sent them a Message that as yett he had
received no answer.
And therefore thinks it convenient for his Matytys Service
to Prorogue them till the Twenty Eight of this Instant.
And that the house are hereby prorogued.
Mr Speaker and the house repair to the State house and
Mr Speaker having taken the chaire.
Prorogues this house till the 28th Instant.
And the house Thereupon prorogued accordingly.

Att a Sessions of Assembly begun and held at the port of
Annapolis the Twenty Eight Day of Octobo in the Tenth
yeare of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lord William the
third, by the Grace of God of England, Scotland, France and
Ireland, King Defender of the faith &c and in the year our
Lord one Thousand six hundred and ninety Eight being pro-
rogued from the 27th Instant untill this time.

Capt Thomas Waughop, Mr Philip Clarke, Mr George Ash-
man being gone for England, Mr Wm Hemsley being up at
Philadelphia, Mr Francis Ienkins, Mr John Bozman Mr Walter
Lane, Mr Samll Collins.
The honble Collo Henry Iowles and Thomas Tench Esqr two
of hie Majties honble Councill pnfpr the house and informs Mr
Speaker that his Excy in his Majties name Comands him and
the whole house to attend him Instantly att the Councill
board.
