Whereupon the honble Colonel Joh Addison & James Frisby
Esqrs were sent to Comand Mr Speaker & the house imedi-
ately to attend his Excy in Councill Came Mr Speaker and the
house of Delegates And p'esented to his Excy the following
Bills vizt
1. A Bill ascertayning the Bounds of a certain Tract of
Land to the Nanticoke Indians so long as they shall Occupye
and live upon the same
2. A Bill impowering Trustes to purchase Lands adjoining
to the Fountaynes of healing Water Called the Coole spring.
3. A Bill for the more Speedy conveighing of the publick
Lres and pacquetts of this province & settling a Revenue upon
the sherriffs for Defraying the Charge thereof
4. A Bill to Enable Wm Coursey and Elizabeth his Wife or
the Survivor of them to sell & acknowledge such Lands as
were left by Colonel Vincent Lowe to be sold for the paymt of
his just Debts
5. A Bill for the more Effectuall surpressing of prophane
Cursing and swearing
6. A Bill for impowering Vestrymen to assess their
parishaners for finishing and repareing Churches
7. A Bill appointing how publick officers shall recover
their Dues accrueing by their office
8. A Bill for the punishment of priveteers and pyrates
9. A Bill for Vesting two Tracts of Land in John Gades-
leye sold him by George Norman
10. A Bill for preventing Sherriffs from Sumoning Dele-
gates and Justices of the peace to serve as Jurors in this pro-
vince
