That the said Treasurer Pay to James Hindman Esqr one
hundred & ninty two Pounds ten Shillings for his Attendance
in Council 110 Days a 357
That the said Treasurer Pay to Thomas Kirby two Pounds
five Shillings for the use of John Annis per Account passed
by the Aud Genl
That the said Treasurer Pay to Lieut Samuel McPherson six
hundred Dollars out of the money remitted by Congress for
the recruiting Service to be charged to the first Regiment on
Acct
That the said Treasurer Pay to Colo John Stewart eighty
three Pounds six shillings for the use of Henry Jackson & Co
as p Accot passed A G
That the said Treasurer Pay to John Shaw three hundred
and forty five Pounds three shillings & nine Pence as p Acct
passed by the A Genl
A Duplicate of an Order to Zeph. Turner for the use of
Hezekiah Gardner for five Pounds of the 8th April is this day
given the Original being lost or mislaid
Ordered That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Capt
John Eccleston 1 Coat, 1 Jacket, 3 pr Breeches, 3 pr Shoes
3 pr Stockings 4 Shirts 1 Hatt & 3 Blankets to be charged to
the 5th Regiment
Ordered That the Commissary of Stores furnish to all the
Recruits and Substitutes which may be enlisted for the 2d
Regiment with a Suit of Cloths so fast as they are enlisted
That the said Commissary of Stores deliver to John
Chalmers 7 yards Linen for Capt Eccleston. Drilling for 1
pr Breeches Serge Denim for one pr do and 5 yds Stript Linen
for Lieut Woolford both of the 2d Regiment
That the said Commissary of Stores deliver to Capt. John
Courts Jones of the 7th Regiment Cloth for a Coat Waistcoat
& a pr of Breeches one pair Shoes Linen for two Shirts with
Trimmings for the above
That the said Commissary of Stores deliver to Lieut Samuel
McPherson of the first Regiment one Pair Shoes
Commission of a Letter of Marque & Reprisal issued to
Joseph Dority Master of the Schooner Boat called the larke
mounting four Carriage Guns & two Blunderbusses navigated
by six Men belonging to Samuel & Robert Purviance & others
of Baltimore dated 19 October 1777
