That the said Treasurer Pay to Thomas Kirby two Pounds
five Shillings for the use of John Annis per Account passed
by the Aud Gen^l
That the said Treasurer Pay to Lieut Samuel M^cPherson six
hundred Dollars out of the money remitted by Congress for
the recruiting Service to be charged to the first Regiment on
Acc^t
That the said Treasurer Pay to Col^o John Stewart eighty
three Pounds six shillings for the use of Henry Jackson & C^o
as p Acco^t passed A G
That the said Treasurer Pay to John Shaw three hundred
and forty five Pounds three shillings & nine Pence as p Acc^t
passed by the A Gen^l
A Duplicate of an Order to Zeph. Turner for the use of
Hezekiah Gardner for five Pounds of the 8^th April is this day
given the Original being lost or mislaid
Ordered That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Capt
John Eccleston 1 Coat, 1 Jacket, 3 p^r Breeches, 3 p^r Shoes
3 p^r Stockings 4 Shirts 1 Hatt & 3 Blankets to be charged to
the 5^th Regiment
Ordered That the Commissary of Stores furnish to all the
Recruits and Substitutes which may be enlisted for the 2^d
Regiment with a Suit of Cloths so fast as they are enlisted
That the said Commissary of Stores deliver to John
Chalmers 7 yards Linen for Capt Eccleston. Drilling for 1
p^r Breeches Serge Denim for one p^r d^o and 5 yds Stript Linen
for Lieut Woolford both of the 2^d Regiment
That the said Commissary of Stores deliver to Capt. John
Courts Jones of the 7^th Regiment Cloth for a Coat Waistcoat
& a p^r of Breeches one pair Shoes Linen for two Shirts with
Trimmings for the above

M^cPherson of the first Regiment one Pair Shoes
Commission of a Letter of Marque & Reprisal issued to
Joseph Dority Master of the Schooner Boat called the larke
mounting four Carriage Guns & two Blunderbusses navigated
by six Men belonging to Samuel & Robert Purviance & others
