That the said Commissary of Stores pack up & send to
George Keeport 70 Blankets, 100 Shirts 300 pr Stockings &
300 Pair Shoes
That the said Commissary of Stores deliver to Capt. Wil-
liams 3 suits of Cloaths to be charged to the second Regiment.
That the said Commissary of Stores deliver to Samuel
Hanson of the first Regiment Cloth sufficient for a Waistcoat
& Breeches with Trimings
That the western shore Treasurer Pay to Capt. Daniel
Bryan Eighty two Pounds, three Shillings and three Pence
due him per Acct passed by the A Genl
That the said Treasurer Pay to Colo John H Stone three
hundred & sixty Dollars the bounty of 6 Recruits out of the
money remitted by Congress for the recruiting Service to be
charged to the first Regiment
That the said Treasurer Pay to Richard Beard nine Pounds
fifteen Shillings due him per Account passed by the A
General
Whereas on the ninth Day of April last Charles Beatty was
appointed a Deputy Quarter Master General who was re-
quested to provide one hundred Waggons & good strong
Teams to be dispatched to Edenton Town in North Carolina
for Military & other Stores for the use of the Continental
Army and it is represented by the said Charles Beatty that he
hath procured many of the said Waggons & Teams on Con-
tract but that a great Part of the said one hundred Waggons
cannot be so obtained and hath therefore requested that
Orders may issue from this Board for impressing the deficient
Number
Wherefore this Board impressed with the Importance of the
said Service do hereby order that in Case the said Number of
one hundred Waggons and Teams, shall not be made up by
Contract by the Time of his Receipt hereof that then on his
Application to any Justice or Justices of the Peace in Fred-
erick County press Warrants issue for the impressing the
number which may be so wanted for the Service aforesaid and
that the same be impressed and Collected in such Manner
that the Burthen of the said one hundred Waggons be divided
as nearly equal as conveniently may be on the different parts
of the said County and further that all the said Waggons
and Teams be appraised before they set out on the said
Journey and that a List of them with their Values be returned
to this Board
