be so much better made under one general Direction; very
little is in our Power; We understand that you have by you
about 900 Blankets purchased for the Continent; it is very
desirable our Division ehould have them and we wish you
may consider yourself at Liberty to let us have them; if you
can on our indemnifying you, we readily undertake it, and
wish you to deliver them to Mr Randall, to whom, we shall be
obliged to you to communicate what you can respecting Stock-
ings, Linen for Shirts and Hatts

Present as on yesterday.
Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Robert
Key Twenty six Pounds ninteen shillings per Account passed
by the Depy Aud.
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Beatty Thirty three
Pounds, Thirty five Pounds, and Thirty Pounds, fifteen shillings
for the use of Capt Richard Haff and the Gd of Magazine near
Frederick Town, One hundred and three Pounds, fifteen shil-
lings for the use of George Bare Per Accts passed by the Depy
Aud and also the further Sum of three hundred and twenty
five Pounds, and seven Pence half Penny for the use of John
Baltzer on Acct
That the said Treasurer pay to Colo John Thompson twelve
hundred and seventy seven Pounds, nine shillings and two
pence on Account
That the said Treasurer pay to the said Thomas Beatty
Four hundred and seven Pounds, five shillings to be delivered
over to Jacob Reaeor on Account and also the further Sum of
Four hundred and thirty seven Pounds, ten shillings to be
delivered over to Capt. Richard Haff and charged to him on
Account
That the said Treasurer pay to Richard Dallam Esqr Sixty
Eight Pounds, nine shillings and four Pence for the use of
Samuel Smith per Account passed by the Depy Aud.
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Nicholas Farrance
a 9 Mo Soldr in the 6 Regimt Discharged the amount of Twenty
six Pounds in Cloathing for himself and also Ten Pounds in
Cloathing for the use of Christo Curts a 9 Mo Soldr in the same
Regimt Discharged due them according to the Act of Assem-
bly to procure troops for the American Army.
