Ordered that the Commissary of Stores deliver to John
Nicholas a 9 M^o Soldier in the 7 Reg^t Discharged, Twenty
nine Pounds, ten shillings in Cloathing, Peter Shaver a 9 M^o
Sold^r in the same Reg^t Disch^d Twenty six Pounds in Cloath-
ing and also to William Harvey a 9 M^o Sold^r in the 6^th Reg^t
Disch^d Twenty Pounds in Cloathing due them by the Act of
Assembly to procure Troops for the American Army
That the said Commissary of Stores deliver to Capt William
Campbell 62 pair Overalls & 62 Coatees for his Comp^y of
Matrosses in Annapolis
That the western shore Treasurer pay to Samuel Hughes
Esq^r Twenty one Pounds, six shillings and three Pence for the
use of Nicholas Hockey p Acc^t passed by the Dep^y Aud^r
That the said Treasurer pay to Col^o Richard Harwood nine
Pounds five shillings due him p Acc^t passed by the Dep^y
Aud.
That the said Treasurer pay to Captain Thomas Watkins
Forty Pounds eight shillings due him and his Company
whilst on Duty at the City of Annapolis the i6^th of May 79 p
Acc^t passed by the Dep^y Auditor

Tuck, Twenty six Pounds, five shillings due her p Account
passed by the Aud. Gen^l
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Lieut Edward
Duvall of the 2^d Reg^t as much serge Denim as will face a
Coat and make a p^r Breeches and Waistcoat and also 2 pair of
Shoes
Commission of a Letter of Marque and Reprisal issued to
Levin Trippe commander of the Sloop Isabella 60 Tons
burthen, mounting 6 Carriage Guns, 4 swivels and 8 small
Arms, belonging to William Neill of Baltimore
