Present as on Yesterday
Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Isaac
Millican Ten Pounds due him p Account passed by the Depy
Aud.

That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. Beriah Maybury sixty
eight Pounds seventeen shillings & nine Pence balance of
Acct passed by the Depy Aud. and also the further Sum of Fifty
Pounds on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Marmaduke Medford one
hundred and seven Pounds and nine Pence for the use of
Colo Donaldson Yeates p ace' passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to James Brice Esquire One
hundred and Eleven Pounds for his Attendance in Council
That the said Treasurer pay to Robert Reith one Pound
two shillings and six Pence for Wafers for the use of the
Council

Commission issued to Thomas John appointed Register of
Wills for Montgomery County by the General Assembly in
March last in the room of Richard Wootton resigned
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Nicholas
Maccubbin junr two thousand one hundred and fifty six
Pounds, five shillings for Wheat Purchased of him by John
Ward Veazey agreeable to his Order
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt John Lynch of the 5th
Maryland Regimt Three thousand Dollars to be expended in
in the recruiting Service he being appointed by General Small-
wood & having his Instructions of the 9 April last for that
Purpose
Commission of a Letter of Marque & Reprisal issued to
Peter Briamant Commr of the Brig Nancy, 70 Tons burthen
mounting 6 Carriage Guns, 7 Swivels and 6 small Arms,
belonging to Anthony Marmayore of Baltimore
