Purviance Three thousand, three hundred and Fifty seven
Pounds, nine shillings and nine pence per Acct passed by the
Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to John Chalmers Eighty two
Pounds, sixteen shillgs and six Pence, Forty one Pounds, fifteen
shillings and six pence and ten Pounds, seventeen shillings
and four Pence for the Use of and to be delivered over to
Capt Joseph Robson & his Compy whilst they were keeping
Guard at Taylors & Iames's Island per Acct passed by the
Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Majr Jenifer Adams who is
on the recruiting Service three thousand Dollars to be expended
in the recruiting Service and Accounted for
That the said Treasurer pay to Charles Wallace Esquire
Paymaster One thousand five hundred Pounds on Account
Commission of a Letter of Marque & Reprisal issued to
Thomas Dickson Commr of the Brigantine King Tamine 80
Tons burthen, mounting 10 Carriage Guns, 4 Howitz and 10
small Arms belonging to Hugh Young & Co of Baltimore
Permission is given to Mrs Sheaff wife of Henry Sheaff of
Baltimore Town in this State to pass through this State on
her way to a convenient Post of the American Army to obtain
Leave to have an Interview with her Mother on the Lines and
the commanding Officer at such Posts if there should be no
Patricular Reason against it is requested to promote that
Interview on the Lines

Sir
From a Letter received by the last Post, we are induced, so
far to change our former Instructions to you as, instead of
sending the Flour forward to the Head of Elk, that you'll
have it carried to & safely stored at the most convenient
Landings on the Waters of this Bay, from whence it may be
readily sent off by Water & further, that you'll send us an
Account of the particular Quantity you may have at each
Place the 20th Inst in the mean Time write us how Matters go
on every Week We are &ca
