Ordered that the Western shore Treasurer pay to Edward
Roberts a 9 mo Soldier in the 3d Maryland Regimt & reinlisted
in the same, Thirteen Pounds, ten shillings and ten Pence due
him in lieu of Cloathing allowed by Act of Assembly to procure
Troops for the American Army
