and three Pence due to Ridge and Ratalack per Acct passed

That the Commissary of Stores deliver to John Robinson
of the first Regiment one pair of Shoes

Ordered that the Commissary of Stores deliver to John
Mason a nine Months Soldier in the 5th Regt Discharged, the
Amot of Twenty three Pounds ten shillings in Cloathing & 1
Blanket, Henry Crane a 9 Mo Soldr in the 7th Regt Dischd the
amt of Twenty one Pounds, three shillings & six Pence in
Cloathing and 1 Blanket, & Isaac Green a 9 Moo Soldr in the
3d Regt Discharged the amount of Eleven Pounds, fifteen
shillings & six Pence in Cloathing due them by an Act of
Assembly to procure Troops for the American Army.
That the western shore Treasurer pay to Philemon Griffith
one hundred & thirty six Pounds, seventeen shillings & six
pence for the use of Saml Griffith per Acct passed by the
Aud' Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. John Smoot, sixty two
Pounds, nine shillings & four Pence for the use of Joseph
Ennalls junr p Acct passed by Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to James Brice Esquire, Two
hundred and Eighty five Pounds, due him for Atta in Council
to this day Inclusive
That the said Treasurer pay to John Belt, Lieut, of the
4th Maryld Regt in the Continental Service, One hundred &
fifty Pounds due him by a Resolve of the Genl Assembly
Commissions issued to Danl Smith appointed Capt. Christ-
ian Smith Ist Lieut, John Money 2d Lieut, Christian Harbaugh
Ensign belonging to Colo Baker Johnson's Battalion of Militia
in Frederick County
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer Exchange for
Philemon Griffith Capt, of one of the Rifle Compys in the
Contl Service, Three hundred & Eighty three Dollars agree-
able to a Resolve of the General Assembly.
By & with the advice of the Council, Death Warrant issued
to Negro Cato Slave of Charles Ridgley of Ann Arundel
County for a Rape
