of a Letter just received from His Excellency Gen^l Washington
& have no Doubt of your being pleased to pay immediate
Attention to such Part of it as relates to the Militia of your
State

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John Han-
son Esq^r seven pounds for the use of Peter Kemp and the
further Sum of Four Pounds five shillings for the use of John
Goff per Acc^ts passed by the Auditor General.
Ordered that all the Books and Papers belonging to the
Commissaries Office, be removed to the City of Annapolis
under the Care of the Register of Wills for Ann Arundel
County and that the State Waggons be employed in removing
the said Books and Papers
That Col^o Dorsey or any other person having the care of
the Stores at Elk Ridge Landing, belonging to this State,
deliver to Capt. Thomas Walker all the Powder, Lead &
Whiskey &^ca

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Beriah May-
bury Fifty six Pounds, two shillings & seven Pence per Acc^t
passed by the Prin^l Cl. to the Aud Gen^l and also the further Sum
of Fifty Pounds on Account
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. James Woolford
Twenty nine Pounds fifteen shillings for the use of John Trippe
per ace' passed by the Aud. Gen^l
That the said Treasurer pay to Zephaniah Turner Esq^r One
hundred and Fifty Pounds on Account.
