five Pounds for the Bounty he paid 2 Recruits, John Stanton,
& Anthony Nowry, and the further sum of Twelve Pounds
the allowance for enlisting them.
That the said Treasurer pay to Commodore Grason, Four
hundred and ten Pounds, three shillings & two pence on Ac-
count of the Galley Baltimore, Five hundred and five Pounds,
fifteen shillings and seven Pence on Account of the Galley
Independence per Pay roll examined & passed by the Aud.
Genl and also the further sum of Thirty Pounds, for the use of
Richard Smith per Acct passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to James Woolford One hun-
dred and twenty two Pounds, nine shillings and one penny
due himself and Compy for Guards on Cooks Point per Accts
passed by the Prinl Cl. to the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to James Hindman Esqr Two
hundred and sixty nine Pounds ten shillings for his Attenda
in Council.
That the said Treasurer pay to Edward Lloyd Esqr Four
hundred and eighteen Pounds, five shillings for his Attendance

in Council.

That the said Treasurer pay to the Honble Matthew Tilghman
Esquire One Pound Ten shillings per Account passed by the
Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to John Allen Thomas three
Pounds Eleven shillings and nine pence for the use of James
Roach per Accts passed by the Principal Cl. to the Aud. Genl
Commissions issued to Upton Sheredine William Blair,
William Beatty Jacob Young, Christo Edelin, James Johnson
William M. Beall, Carlton Tannehill William Luckett jun r
John Lawrence, Joseph Wood junr John Haas, John McAlister
John Ross Key, William Winchester junr Philip Thomas and
John Kleinhoof appd Justices of the Peace for Frederick
County & to Upton Sheredine, William Blair, William Beatty,
Christo Edelin & Philip Thomas Judges of the Orphans Court
for Frederick County also to
William Winder, Peter Waters, John Stewart, Levin Wilson,
