That the said Treasurer pay to Richard Dallam Esq. one
hundred & forty eight Pounds, seventeen Shillings and seven
Pence to be paid over by him to Sundry Persons and the fur-
ther Sum of Forty eight pounds on his own proper Account
as p Accounts passed by the Committee of Claims
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. Alexander Truman
One hundred Pounds to be delivered over to George Kee-
ports and charged to him in Account to be expended in the
making of Soldiers Cloathing.
That the said Treasurer pay to Zephniah Turner five
Pounds for the use of Hezekiah Gardner due to him on
Account passed by the Com of Claims
That the said Treasurer Pay to Edward Edgerly sixty
Dollars Bounty he having enlisted James Miller, on Account
for the recruiting Service
That the said Treasurer Pay to Daniel Jenifer Esqr nine
thousand Dollars out of the Money remitted by Congress for
the Purchase of Provs
Ordered That the Commissary of stores deliver to Capt
Benjamin Brooks of the third Regiment Red Cloth sufficient
for a Coat and any other, for a Waistcoat, one Piece Brittanies
and one Blanket & Trimmings for the above
That the said Commissary of Stores deliver to Capt Alex
Truman Two pair shoes, Red Cloth sufficient for a Coat and
as much of any other kind as will make a Waistcoat and
Breeches with Trimmings to be charged to the 6th Regt
Thomas Snowden of Ann Arundel County took the Oath
of Fidelity and Support to this State and William Hopkins
and Gerrard Hopkins of said County took the Affirmation to
this State according to the late Act & Cert given
Mr Burgess from the House of Delegates deliver to the
Governor a Resolve requesting the Governor & Council to
Order out such of the Militia of Cecil, Kent and Harford
Counties or any other Adjacent Counties as may be necessary
to Guard the Public Stores &ca
Whereas this Board on the 13th Day of December last drew
an Order on the Treasurer of the Eastern Shore payable to
William Wheatley Esqr for one hundred and four Pounds,
fifteen Shillings and Eight Pence due to him by Accounts
passed by the Board of Accounts and also an Order on same
Treasurer Payable to William Haslet for three hundred and
sixty three Pounds three Shillings and two Pence due to his
Company whilst in actual Service per Accounts passed by the
Board, but the said Orders are now returned unpaid by the
said Treasurer Wherefore it is Ordered that the Western shore
Treasurer pay to the said William Wheatley the said Sum of
one hundred and four Pounds, fifteen Shillings and eight Pence
