Ordered That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Ser-
geant Mark McPherson of the first Regiment 2 Shirts, 5 pair
Shoes 3 pr Stockings, 6 pair Overalls and 3 Coatees for the
use and to be charged to said Regiment
Richard Burch a Dratt from Charles County discharged
unfit for the Service Death Warrants issued for George
Crows late of Baltimore County for Burglary and William
Clarke of said County for Fellony

Sir.
If you should have any Linen left, after supplying the
Recruits raised in your County, you will be pleased to let
Colo Rawlings have so much as he may want for the Rifle
Corps, taking his receipt for the same

In Council 24th June 1778.
Sir.
Colo Rawlings informs us there are about Ten of the Sub-
stitutes for Washington County to march. We request you
will permit these Men to go into his Corps, by which Means,
we hope he will be able to discharge the Militia engaged in
guarding the Prisoners at Fort Frederick
