That the said Treasurer Pay to George Dyer eight Pounds

thirteen shillings and one penny half penny due to him per
Acct passed by the A G.
That the said Treasurer pay to Richard Liden ninty-five
Pounds per Acct passed by the Aud Genl
Joseph Moore a Substitute from Saint Marys County ap-
pearing to this Board to be altogether incapable of Service is
hereby discharged therefrom
Commission of a Letter of Marque and Reprisal issued to
Thomas Stiles Master of the Schooner called the Beggars
Benison mounting four Swivel Guns navigated by seven Men
belonging to John Craig, Hugh McBride William McBride
and Charles Phillyshill
The following Recruits, Substitutes, and Vagrants sent
from Camp by General Smallwood as unfit for the Service
some discharged others retained
Thomas Bounds a Recruit from Montgomery County enlisted
by Basil Roberts is Discharged on his returning the sixty Dol-
lars Bounty & Paying ten Pounds for the Cloathes he received
into the hands of Colo Griffith, who is requested to receive it
and give Credit to the Public
Paul Hutton from Montgomery County retained & sent on
board the Galleys
Hardman Swink from Cecil retained & sent on board the
Galley
Thomas Patterson from Prince Georges, John Jones from
Montgomery
James Hanary Vagrant from Frederick, Patrick McAvoy
from Frederick retained and sent on board the Galleys. Richard
Warren from Harford Nathan Howard from Kent, Samuel
Boyd of the third Maryland Regt from Chester County
Pennsylvania enlisted by Ens. Jones, Patrick Crawley from
Frederick, taken up as a Vagrant belongs to York County,
William Evans from Queen Annes enlisted in Baltimore
Town by Richard Cockran, Nicholas Moss a Substitute from
Frederick Town, John Olden from Do William Ritchie -from
Do of York County Pennsylvania, a Substitute for the War,
Blind, John Dodson from Annl a Recruit Fits, Joseph Jones
from Harford, Idiot, James Kelley from Washington, William
Finney a Substitute from Dorset, Blind and William Stevens
a Subst. for Vachel Hammond Frederick County are dis-
charged
Commissions issued to John Collyberger appointed Capt,
Peter Cline first Lieut, Alexander Moor second Lieut, Martin
Mikesell Ens. Samuel Gandy Ens. of Capt. Meridiths
Compy Andrew Biddle first Lieut, Nicholas Fringer second
