   Andros. Andros by the Man of Warrs Lieutent for his Whitehall

   Answer thereon.

     The aforementioned Copyes being accordingly prepared

   were inclosed sent in a Letter to his Exncy Sr Edmund Andros

   as follow's Vizt

   proceedings ley, John ffreeman, Alexandr Lumley, Richard Beard,

   abt Coll: Richard Kilbourn, & John Stanly, concerning one Whitehall

   Cood Mr John Cood No 2: containing the process issued

   agt him upon the same and a presentmt found by the Grand

   Jury for Blasphemy, No 3: containing certain proceedings agt

   the sd Mr Cood for a debt due to his Maty with an Award of

   an Attachmt thereon No 4: containing a State of the Case of

   his Maty agt the sd Mr Cood Reported by his Mats Counsell at

   Law & Approved off by his Mats honrble Councill & Justices of

   the Prov” Court together with a Clause of a certain Act of

   Assembly in force in this Province against Blasphemy which p. 425

   by Advice of his Mats honrble Councill of this Province are here

   with transmitted to yor Exncy by Mr Wm Ockman Lieutent of

   his mats hired Ship the Prince of Orange desiring you will

   please to send an Answer thereto at his Return, to
