             Marescalli & Senvientis ad Clavam Curiae Vice Admiralitatis

             Nostra praedict. habuit tenuit exercuit occupavit vel gavisus

             fuit una cum omnibus & singulis feodis Sallarijs proventibus

         p. 138  luribus proficuis comoditatibus & pertinentiis quibuscunq.

             eidem Officio Marescalli & Servientis ad Clavam Curiae Vice

             Admiralitatis Nostrae praedictae quovis modo ab antiquo

             spectantibus debitis & consuetis. Datum apud oppidum &

             Portum Annapolis in Curiae Vice Admiralitatis nostra Sub

             Sigillo Magno Provincia Nostrae Praedict. Vicesimo Septimo

             Die Augusti Anno Domini Millesimo Sexcentesimo Nona

             gesimo Sexto Regniq Nostri Octavo.

        By his Exncy the Governr &Cca Augt the 29th 1696.

      

             Ordr for all Ordered that the Attorneys of the provinciall

             Provilbusi- Court take Care to make an End of all business

      

             made an End they are Concern'd with (this next Septembr Court)

             of this next and that no Business whatsoever be Continued by

             Court. Consent of parties, but where the plantiffe and De

      

             fendt doe personally appear in Court and declare such their

             Consent or the Attorneys (on both Sides) give under their

             hands that it is the desire of their Clients their Cause Should

             be continued; And to the End all the Attorneys belonging to

             the said Court may have Notice hereof the prov” Clk: is to

             Serve them Severally herewith and see that due complyance

             be made therein accordingly.

               At a Councill Mett and held at the Port of Annapolis the

       Whitehall 16th day of September in the Eigth Year of the Reign of our

             Soveraign Lord King William the Third &ca Annoq Dmin

             1696.

               A Proclamation for a day of Publick thanksgiving being by
