Wye Rivrs belonging to little Choptanke, Miles, Wye & Chester Rivers, sd Petition being Referred to the House of Burgesses came Recommended back as a thing necessary to be done; I do therefore hereby Authorize and Empower the sd Thomas Collyer for to Grant permits to all open, Sloops, Shallops and Boats (by the aforementioned Act Obliged to take out permits for a Twelmonth) belonging as afosd he strictly pursuing the directions of the sd Act, & not otherwise.
