            Virginia.

If your Excell please let me have an Account, how much

Money hath been sent from Virginia to your Governmt (I

think in my time there I sent Two hundred & odd pounds) I

will lay it before our Assembly, which I design (God willing).

shall meet this Spring; but cannot fixe the time till it please

God I hear from Whitehall; for We expect our London ffleet

within a Month. I am very sorry to hear that your Province

             is in Debt, but We are their brethren in the same calamity;

But I hope that the farther good success of his Mats forces by

Land & Sea will cause a good Trade & so bring vs out of

those vnhappy circumstances. I am obliged to your Excell

for sending me the intelligence that you had from the Governr

of New England, and I had dispatched Perry sooner to you,

but We have had lately a great snow. When I have any

later News from England and I find that your Excell hath it

not, it shall be sent your Excell by him who is

                          Yor most humble Servant

              Governr ffletcher     ffr: Nicholson

                  Perry is to give your

                  Excell the printed News
