             Admiralty thought fitt to Empower you to appoint a Judge,

             Office to

             his Exncy     Register, and Marshall of the Vice Admiralty of

                    that province, I send you inclosed an Authority for

             And to Ordr an Effectuall prosecution to be made both of them

             and their respective Loadings as Tradeing Contrary to the

             Laws of this Kingdom

             the Plantations intending ffirst for Boston from thence to

             Maryland and So back to Scotland We desire you to Cause

             Dilligent Search and inquiry to be made after the Sd Pink in
