                 Or- Ordered that the Vestry's of the severall parishes

             Return within this province who have hitherto neglected to

             Copyes of make Return of their proceedings vnto this Board

            their proceedings   and to observe & punctually comply with the severall

                   matters & things contained in the severall Orders

      Whitehall  lssued touching or concerning tke Sd Vestry's, that such Ves

             try's immediately cause a transcript of all their Proceedings

             forthwith to be fair writ out & sealed vp & the same so

             written & sealed to deliver to the Sheriff of the County where

             they live & inhabite, hereby obliging the Sheriffs to get the

             same (vpon delivery thereof) transmitted to the Clerk of the

             Councills Office at the Port of Annapolis by the first safe con

             veyance or by the last i'useday of ffebty next, at farthest,

             vnder pain of the parties (therein any wayes failing) being

             proceeded against for contempt; And the Sheriffs of the prov

         p. 250  ince are hereby further obliged to serve this Ordr vpon all &

             singular the Vestryrnen of the severall parishes within their

             respective Counties to the end want of notice may not be

             pleaded.

             Clk of In-    Ordered that the Sheriff of St Maries, Ann Arrun

             dictmts not

             sworn Or- deli, Calvert, Charles, lalbot & Dorchestr Counties

             der'd to be Summon the Clerk of the Indictmts of the said

             summoned severall County Courts; as also that the Sheriff of

             St Maries, Dorchestr & Talbot Counties Summon the Clerks

       Whitehall of the sd Courts that they & every of them be & appear

             before his Exncy in Councill on the last tuseday in ffebry next;

             the Clerks of the Indictments in Order to be sworn, and the

             Clerks of the County Courts in Order to make Oath to the

             severall ffines passed in their sd Courts, and that they bring

             Lists of the same with them.

             County Jus- Ordered that the Commissioners of the severall

             dered to County Courts within this Province return an Accot

             Return an vnder the hand of their Clerk, whether the Business

               Accot of business in their severall Courts depending has been fully

       Whitehall being perfected &ca compleated, pursuant to former Order of this Board,

             fecte Ca hereby obliging the severall Sheriffs to publish this

             Ordr in open Court.

             Colonels of Ordered that the severall Colonels of the Counties

             iers Ordered living nearest to the ifrontiers of this province; Vizt

             to have the the honoble Coll Henry Jowles, Coll Nicholas Green

             Militia, al- berry, Coll John Addison, Coll Casparus Herman

             Readiness & Coll John Thomas have alwayes in a readiness

       Whitehall (vpon occasion) the Militia train Bands of the respective Troops

             and Companies vnder their Command.
