    Laurence & Letters to that purpose being produced and read,

    Suspencion one paper whereof being said to be his Coniittmt to

    the Sherriffe of Charles County where its said he was to

    Remain vntill further Ordr or should otherwise be disposed

    off by this Board; Upon consideration of the whole Matter,

            it is the opinion of this board that the said Sr
