    was Comanded out of my hands by Majr Nicholas Sewail & Lib. H. D.

    out of those thirty & nine Muskets that was sent as abouesaid

    to Capt Hill your Deponent Received back but Thirty & one

    & four of the said Number Wanted Locks and sometime sence

    the sd thirty & one Muskets by the Ordr Coll Nicholas Green..

    berry your Deponent hath delivered into the Custody of Capt

    Nicholas Gassaway And further Your Deponent sayeth not

    lands Re-

    ceipt for 24 Thomas Morgan by order of Coll Nicholas Green-

    Muskets berry Twenty four Muskets belonging to the

    Magazeen of Ann Arrundell County. As witnes my hand the

    15th day of Aprill 1693:

                   March the 25th 1693

    Capt Boones Recd then of Nicholas Greenberry Twenty & Six

    Receipt for        -

    z6 Muskets     Muskets Belonging to the Pubhque Magazine of

           this County of Ann Arrundell wch I doe acknowledge

    my Selfe to be Accomptabie for the said Armes; when there-

    unto Required Witness my hand

                                 Humphrey Boone

   

    Maryland ss. Ann Arrundell County March the 4th day 1692 p.

    Capt Gassa- Recd then of Nicholas Greenberry Thirty & Three

      Muskets Muskets and Thirteene Cartouch Boxes; and one

    &c Barrell of Gun Powder & contents one hundred

    pounds Neat powder, all wch prperty doth belong to the Publick

    Magazine of this Province, and I doe Oblidge mySelfe to be

    Accomptable for all the particulars as aboue Mentioned when

    thereunto Required. I say Recd
