Caecill County pursuant to the Act of Assembly of this Prov-
ince Ordered that M^r Attorney Gen^ll make due proceedings
therein according to Law.
Coll Hamiltons L^r to the late Governor Copley w^th his pro-
posalls about the -post Office together wth her Maj^ties Royall
Letter fn favour thereof, Esq^r Neales Patent for being post
Mast^r Gen^ll of America and the afd Coll Hamiltons Deputa-
tion from the said Esq^r Neale being produced & pervsed here
are Recomended to the House of Burgesses for their consid-
eracon.
Adjourne till to Morrow Morning.

Gerrardus Wessells, John Daveghe Claudius Dutrite &
Andrew Imbert haveing all petitioned to be naturalized this
day had Aministred unto them the Oathes appointed by Act
of Parliam^t instead of the Oathes of Allegiance & Supremacy
by his Ex^ncy in Councill & Likewise Subscribed to the Test in
manner following

At the Citty of Sn^t Maries October the 2^d 1694
Maryland ss.
Wee the Subscribers doe declare that wee doe believe that
there is not any transubstantiation in the Sacrament of the
Lords Supper or in the Elements of bread & Wine at or
After the Consecration thereof by any person whatsoever
