Armes & Amunition for such persons as are poore & unable
to buy, And when that is done then towards the paying of
Drumers & Trumpeters.
That there be a person appointed to Execute the Office of
Muster Master And Agitant on each side the Bay whoe shall
be obliedged to muster & see Exercised the severall Troopes
& Companies six times every yeare besides the Gen^ll Muster
& that 2^l Tobacco p poll be settled upon each of the said
Officers.
Abraham Ambrose & Gerrardus Weesells petition to be
Naturalized,
Ordered to be Referred to the House.

Coppy of their Maj^ties Instructions relateing to the Revenue
&^ca drawne forth & Ordered to be sent to the House.
This Board does Represent that their Ma^ts Magazine of
powder being considerable here & noe particular ffort for
preserving the same ag^t Enemies or Accidents, therefore have
Ordered that the same be distributed into every County to be
lodged w^th the principall Officers & Comanders by them to be
safe kept and not to be touched or Meddled with upon any
Acco^t Unless upon invasion & Cases of Warr, desireing the
Opinion of the House the best way of Conveyance & most
convenient places to Lodge the same in.

Saturday September 29^th 1694.

Councill again Sate & were p^rsent as Yesterday
That a way be found out to Settle one or Two fferrys as
the house shall thinke fitt upon potomock River in the most
convenient place or places thereon, for an intercourse to be
had betwixt the Colony of Virg^a & this Province, to be done
at the Equall Charge of Both Governm^ts

produced, a clause wherein relates to the prison^rs lyeing now
under sentence of death for the Murther of M^r Payne;
Ordered that the said Clause be Coppyed out & Sent to the
house of Assembly with the prisoners petition, together with
a Coppy of a Lett^r sent by the Hono^ble Coll: Nicholas Green-
