    I do Swear that the within Muster Roll is a true State of the three
Companies of the Mary'd. Corps without fraud to the United States or
any Individual According to the best of my Knowledge.
    Sworn before me this 13th day of July, 1781.

   That Part of Capt. Joseph Marbury's Company of Infantry belong-
ing to the Maryland Line, which is Ordered to Fort Pitt. Aug., Sept.,
