Pl as on Friday Thomas Sim Lee Esquire attended

Ordered That the western shore Treasurer pay to Charles
Wallace Esqr Paymr one thousand Pounds on Account.
Ordered That the western shore Treasurer pay to Thomas
Johnson Junr sixty two pounds ten shillings for three months
Salary due him the 20th ffebry last
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt Benjamin Harwood
four Pounds fourteen Shillings and ten pence due part of his
Independent Company of Mila whilst in actual Service per
Account passed.
Joshua Merikin, James Townly Rigby, Jarson Jones &
Zachariah Tucker of Ann Arundel County took the Oath of
Fidelity and support to this State according to the late Act
and Certificates given.
Commissions issued to Elijah Robosson appointed Col.
James Tootel Lieut Col. Joseph Merikin Major, Joseph Mac-
cubbin Capt Francis Cromwell first Lieut, Caleb Hazle second
