In Council Annaps 18th June 1777.
Sir.
Mr Samuel Dorsey tells us that he will have ten four Pound-
ers ready for Proof next week, we shall be obliged to you to
prove them To morrow Week. Mr Dorsey has 100lb of Public
Powder by him. We are &ca
