In Council Annapolis 12^th June 1777.
Sir.
Cap^t David sends his Boat for his square Sails, he also
wants the Swivel Balls the four Pound and double headed
Shot, which are at your Yard, you'll please to send them, we
want to fit Cap^t David for Action. We are &^ca

Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Colonel
Thomas Price one hundred and fourteen Pounds, ten shill-
ings for Am^t of Acc^t
That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Captⁿ Matthews
ten Blankets, fifteen shirts, twelve p^r of shoes, four Jackets,
thirty three yards of Ozn^r for the Marines on Board the
Galley Independence, also six shirts, three p^r shoes, three
Jackets, & fifteen yards of Oznab^gs for the Seamen on Board
of ditto
That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Henry Downes
thirty five Pounds, twelve shillings & six Pence for Am^t of Acc^t
Peter Stoakes appointed second Lieutenant in Colonel
Richardson's Regiment.
Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to John
Davidson five hundred and nineteen Pounds, thirteen shill^gs
& six Pence for Am^t of Acc^t
