Int. where the pincushion ?
Ind. at Capt ffendalls.
Int. where the axe?
Ind. I have had it a long time
Int. Were you at Coll Spencers house?
Ind. Wee vsed to go thither every Day.
Int. You have been formerly asked who killed the English
and you have said the Nanjatico Indians what say you now ?
Ind. I should lye if I should name any I might say May be
Nanjatico may be Sinniquos.
Int. why then did you tell the Secry before severall people
they were Nanjatico Indians?
Ind. I said may be Nanjatico Indians

Love Jones again called Declares that she saw this man the
Examinant in the boate at Point Looke out and gave him a
Pone and a ffish, that he was then amongst those Indians then
goeing over to the Easterne shore that he had a blew coate on
with pewter buttons and a white edgeing
Ind: One of those Nanjatico Indians whom I have named
had such a like Coate on

The further Examination of the Prisoners together with the
Evidences is referred to the Court when they shall be brought
to tryall.

At wch time his Lspp was pleased to Communicate to this
board the two following Letters from Capt Brandt and Coll
Chandler viz

May it please your Lspp:
I have received your Lspps Commands and the ordr of
Councill of the 19th instant, and shall to the utmost of my
power comply with the same in every respect. I thought it
necessary to give your Lspp accot of my being at Zachaiah
ffort this Day, where I found the Indians much troubled for
