Ordered that he haue Creditt giuen him for the said two
Articles in his Account Yesterday remitted to this house, the
w^ch was accordingly done.
The house Adjournes for an hour.
The house againe Mett & were present as before.
Comittee of Acc^ts repaire to the house.
An Act for I4^d Tonnage, read & passed the second reading.
An Act for Repealeing the Lawes Read.
An Act for the Settleing the Moiety of the 2^s p hhd Impost.
The aforesaid Bills were all deliuered to M^r Speaker.
Maj^r Sewall Petitions for allowance for a Servant of his
pressed away, as likewise for three horses he lost, and Con-
sideracon for Corne & Oates Taken by the Soldjers.
Putt to the Vote whether the Servant in the aforementioned
Petition shall be proceeded ag^t as a Runaway by his said
Mast^r dureing his absence from him in the time of the Revo-
lution, or noe, and Caried in the Negatiue.
Putt to the Vote whether the Remainder of the Petition
shall be answ^red or Rejected, and Carryed by the Majority
of Voices that it be Rejected.
Voted and ord^rd by the house that M^rs Elizabeth Baker be
allowed her Money due from the Countrey out of what Money
(by intimation of the Comittee) is now in M^r LLewellins
hands.

The Humble Petition of Henry Darnall
of this house humbly craues p^rjudice and Damage
w^ch Necessity fall under by sufficient time since
as the disorderly the house will be his
answere to yo^r Pet^r detesting assembly mett for
Concerne he would there vnto, but favour-
able as to giue y^r Pet^r does not much question but his
to giue this house all the demands.
