An Act for Enrollm^ts of Conveyances &c: read the third
time and sent to Engross
The house adjournes till to Morrow Morning Nine of the
Clock.

Tuesday May 24^th 1692.

The house againe Mett & were called ouer, and were
absent these following Members Viz^t

M^r Ashman & Comittee of Acco^ts
M^r Hoskins
M^r Smith

Then was read what was done Yesterday.
Severall Bills brought into the house by M^r Dent & were
ordered to be read Viz^t
An Act impowering the Comission^rs of the County Courts
to Leavye & raise Moneys to defray the Necessary Charges
of their Countyes, read & passed the house the first reading
An Act prohibiting M^rs of Shipps from transporting any out
of this Province without passes, read and passed the house
the first reading.
Coll. Darnall makes his appearance here according to
former Ord^r of this house
M^r Sp him with the reason of his being sent for Viz^t
That the Moyety of the 2^d p hhd belonging to the
Coun and for their better information business,
to know the yearly not denye the house answered
that he to their Ord^r but as to pervseall he Could
not each of Trust in him that it was a Concerne
wished him to Consider of

An Act for Killing of Wolves read and passed the house
the first reading.
An Act for payment of ffees due from Criminall psons read
& passed the first reading.
An Act for Naturalization of John Oldson & Mathias Van-
derheyden read and passed the first time.
