That the Act for the next Sessions of Assembly

Then was read what was done Yesterday.
Message to the Gouerno^r & Councill drawne vp, and read
as followes, Viz^t

By the house of Assembly, May 21^th 1692.
This house being now ready to goe vpon the Debate for
settleing an Allowance for the Support of the Gouernm^t and
being willing to informe themselves of the yearly Revenue of
the Imposition of the 2^d p hhd doe therefore humbly desire
your Ex^ncy will be pleased to pmitt M^r LLewellin to come
downe to this house for some small time, and that he may
bring along with him the severall Accounts by him taken from
the Navall Officers of this Province, to the End they may be
rightly informed about the same.

The said Message was sent by m^r Hamond & M^r Dorcey.
An Act relateing to the Seisure of Tobacco by the Sherriffe;
read and passed the house the first reading.
M^r Hoskins moues the house that he may haue leave to goe
home vpon some Urgent occasions that calls him thither,
which was granted him vpon Condition he returne on Tuseday
morning Next.
Ordered that 1 50' tob: be allowed to the Comissaries Dep^ty
of each respectiue County for his ffee for granting out Lett^rs
of Administration and proveing of Wills, but in Case the
Estate doe not Exceed 2000^{l tob} the ffee shall be 50^{l tob} onely.
Message to the Governo^r & Councill drawne Vp, and read
as follows, Viz^t

House of Assembly May 21^th 1692.
This house [do think it convenient that every] County
Court with in this Province should [have an Escutcheon and
seal with his] Maj^ties Coate of Armes thereon, & [do] there-
