Jeremiah Jordan seventy nine Pounds, six shillings & two
Pence for Militia Accts
Ordered That said Treasurer pay to James Parson thirteen
Pounds, fifteen shillings for Boatage.
Ordered That said Treasurer pay to Wm Akers fifteen
shillings for Ditto.
Ordered That said Treasurer pay to Colo Jere: Jordan
three pounds, thirteen shillings & six Pence for repairing Guns.
Permit was granted to Josh Hayman Commander of Sloop
Betsy to go to Caian, or any other foreign Part.
Ordered That Western shore Treasurer pay to John Bullen
forty Pounds to be accounted for.
Ordered That Western shore Treasurer pay to Captn James
Nicholson five hundred & fourteen Pounds for Pay of
Defence's Ship's Crew.
Ordered That said Treasurer pay to Christopher Rehbreck
seventy two Pounds, fifteen shillings for Priming Wires &
Brushes.
Ordered That said Treasurer pay to Majr Thomas Snowden
seventy eight Pounds, eighteen shillings for Gun Carriages.
Ordered That a Court Martial be held for the Tryal of
Captain John Fontleroy of the 28th Battalion.
That Major Matthew Driver be President of the said
Court. — And the following Persons members of the same.

Vincent Price
John Mitchell
Nathl Potter
Josh Douglass
Peter Richardson
& Henry Easson Junr
Ordered That Western shore Treasurer pay to Captn Jams
Nicholson nine hundred & thirty four Pounds, eight shillings
and eight Pence Curry on Acct of Defence.
Ordered That said Treasurer pay to Oliver Whiddon three
pounds, ten shillings for a musquet.
Ordered That Western shore Treasurer pay to Frederick
Teems two hundred & twenty four Pounds, for the Bounty of
a Compy for Flying Camp.
Warrant issued to Frederick Teems appointed Captain of
a Company in Balt" County.
Copy of Letter No 183 was sent to Colo Wm Buchanan.
Adjourned till next Day 10 oClock.
