Ordered that Treasurer of Western Shore pay to Richd
Tilghman Earle thirty shillings for Brimstone lodged in Chs
Wallaces Store.
Ordered That Treasurer of Eastern Shore pay to John
Gebion three Pounds for the Carriage of Letters, Packetts &c
to Eastern Shore.
Ordered That Treasurer of Eastern Shore pay to the Com-
mittee of Observation for Dorchester County, or their Order
nineteen Pounds & one Penny for sundries by them expended
for public uses as pr Acct filed.
Ordered That said Treasurer pay to Robt. Goldsborough
Esqr or Order forty five Shillings for so much by him paid an
Express from Cambridge to Commee of Somerset County.

Majr & Benjamin Rogers Quarter Master of the Gun Powder

Also to Thomas Gist Senior appointed Colonel, Samuel
Owings Lt Colo John Cradock I Majr Isaac Hammond 2d
Majr & Joseph Gist Q. M. of Soldier's Delight Battalion in
Balto County.
Copy of Letter No 160 was sent to Captain Ridley, Maw-
brey & Sund respectively.
Ordered That Western Shore Treasurer pay to Wm Neile of
Baltimore Town fifteen hundred and forty five Pounds, ten
Shillings and four Pence for the Schooner Nancy and the
Amount of her Cargo, insured by this Province, and captured
at St Eustatia.
