Mr William Taylard is Ordered & Empowred to proceed &
Officiate in the Secrys Office as formerly according to the
Power & Authority given him by Sir Thomas
It is likewise ordered and commanded him not to receive or
admit into the Office the Iournal of the Assembly privately
Conveyed into his chamber

To his Excllcy the Govr & his honble Councill
The humble Petition of William Taylard

humbly Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Assignment hereto annexed there is
due to your Petitioner warrants for 1000 Acres of Land for
which caution has been paid Your Petitioner therefore humbly
prays that the same may be renewed to him
And your Petitioner shall ever pray

The Petition granted & Ordered that warrants issue out of
the Land Office for 1000 Acres of Land to the Petitioner
being due to him by Assignment from Edwd Boothby of warts
for the same quantity formerly granted him upon Conditions
of Plantation and the caution for the same paid.
Coll Nicholas Greenberry humbly moves the Board that
havg out in the hands of Collo Henry Darnall his Ldshp the
Lord Baltemores Agent two Bonds wherein he became bound
for the Ship Philip of New York and against which he hath
procured a Certificate from the Custom house Office in Eng-
land of her Discharge &ca according to Law he prays an Order
of this Board requiring the said Collo Darnall to accept of the
sd Certificate and deliver him up the said Bonds or Cause the
said Certificate to be endorsed on the back of the Bonds

Ordered that the said Coll Henry Darnall do forthwth de-
liver the said Bonds to his Excellency the Govr and likewise
furhr Ordered that both he and Major Nicholas Sewall do with
all Expedition deliver to his Excellency all Bonds by them or
either of them heretofore taken for the King & yet in their
hands to remain with his Excellency for their Majestys use
