Capt Richard Hill and Mr Green sent with the message
They returne & say they have delivered the same
Lower house of Assembly October the 6th 1683:

This house desires the vpp house to
give Instruccons to the members of their

house, Appoynted for A Committee to Consult of bringing in
of Money into this province, for the drawing vp a bill for that
purpose, This house haveing given the like Instruccons to their
members wch are to Joyne with them

The Committee for Advancemt of Trade,
present to this house a bill Entitled an Act

Then Came house with the following message

house about Jacob Young.

house by Capt doe say that they

conceive that the vpon issue, & have therevpon
voted that this house One Munday next & doe desire
Appoynted, or to be Appoynted to psecute the sd
ready for That purpose, before this house On Munday
of this prsent October and herewth sent the Journall
Assembly for the Impeachment of the sd Young, the
Articles & the hands of The Attourney Genr"

Convenient time for the trya young:

Resolved I hat Munday next will not be time sufficient, for
members of this house to prepare themselves for mannage
gainst Jacob Young, Therefore Ordered That a
message be drawne by the Clerke of this house, And sent to
the vpper house To desire That Tuesday may be the Day of
Tryall, And Jacob young may have notice thereof.
