manner of Electing and summoning Bur- gesses &c. And Doe Conceive it a need-

less bill, his Lop haveing already settled the number of the
members to be elected in every County & Cyttye Or Burrough
for the ffuture by an Instrument vnder his great seale bearing
Date the sixth day of September 1681: and published the 17^th
of the same month as we p^rsume many of the members of this
Assembly doe remember.

Wherefore This house doe send the Originall Instrument to

the Lower house that if they please they may Cause it to be

Resolved by this house that a new bill be drawne vp Toutching ffuture Eleccons, and

p. 8	Ordered that the Committee of priviledges & Elections Pre- pare the same Ordered That Capt Orsborne be added to the Committee of
