The said Messengers further Deliver by word of Mouth
that untill they have Answer concerning the Bill of Elections
they cannot well perfect the Bill for Towns because there are
some things that will have relation to both Bills—
They also bring a List of the Commissioners Names for the
Managing the Business of the Towns which they present to
his Lordship for his Approbation as also the places by them
Nominated for Towns Ports &c: of which they desire Answer
also before they can perfect the said Bill for Towns—
