Upper house 10th November 1682
This house think 3000ll of Tobacco in the whole may be a
reasonable Allowance and referr the Same to the Committee
of Accounts—

Thomas Casey of Charles County being Lamed at the Sus-
quehannah Fort Petitions for Allowance of his Pension form-
erly granted him which Petition was Subscribed (Vizt)

Upper house November the 10th 1682
Lett the Petitioner be Allowed as formerly
Signed pr Order J LL Clk of Assembly—

Both the foregoing Petitions Delivered to Coll Thomas
Tailler who is Sent out to the Committee of Accounts

Upper house 10th November 1682.
This house having Delivered to Jacob Young a Copy of the
Impeachment Drawn up against him by the Lower house, do
desire to know which Members of the Lower house are
appointed to Manage that Charge that to Morrow this house
may Call before them the said Jacob
Signed pr Order I LL Clerk of Assembly—

Came Mr Robert Carvile from the Lower house with a Bill
Entituled an Act Lycencing the Inhabitants and Prohibiting
Foreigners to trade with the Indians which he says the Lower
house are willing Should pass to Engrossment, Provided this
house think fitt to repeale an Act touching Indians in the
Book of Laws fol 10,
Answered that the latter Clause of the said Act Prohibiting
the Delivery of Guns &c: to the Indians may be repealed but
as to the other part of that Act it requires Some Considera-
tion—He saith he hath no further Commission in that Particu-
lar but desires to know when this house will proceed to the
tryall of Jacob Young—
This house will send Answer by a Member of their own
He returns to the Lower house
The above Message of this house Concerning Jacob Young
Sent to the Lower house pr Coll Lowe—
Ordered that the Bill Licencing the Inhabitants and Prohib-
iting Foreigners to trade with the Indians be new drawn up
with Amendments—
Coll Lowe returns from the Lower house
A Message from the Lower house by Mr Bartholomew
Ennalls which he Delivers in writing and returns being as foll
