Voted in this house that no Freeman whatsoever keep any
Stone Horse or Mare who hath not in the County where he
liveth fifty Acres of Land at the least and the same already
Seated or to be Seated within Twelve Months from the Date
of the Act, and that no Stone horse be permitted to run in the
Woods above Twelve Months old that is not fourteen hands
high, and that a Bill for that Purpose be drawn up—
