Vppon the demand of Tho: Hebden plf uers Tho: Jackson p. 235 deft for 350 l Tob & cask the deft not appearing & the cause haning bene respited att 4 seuerall Courts. The plf was admitted to pnoue his demand & the plf not hauing his specialty about him in Court. desyreth tht hee may haue time, to produce it, untill to morrow morning wch was graunted him.
Vppon the demand of Mrs Bradnox plf. agst the estate of Wm Cox of Kent deceased for a Cow calfe, & an yeareling heighfen.
Vppon the request of George Manners who was instrusted to craue respite till next Court, by reason of Capt Robt Vaughans necessary & urgent occasions uppon the lie of Kent this prnt time, who was to make answere to the foresd demand. The Gour respited the sd cause till the of March next, att wch time the sd Capt Vaughan is to appeane eyther by himselfe or Attorney, to make answere as afone, uppon perill of iudgmt to proceed agst him. It is further Ordered tht all causes wherein Capt Robt Vaughan is prty, bee respited till next Court, uppon perill as a fore.
Vppon the demand of Blanch Oliur alias Howell, uens Nath: Pope for a Cow. George Manners Attorney of Jno Hallowes alleageth tht the Steene attatched for Nath: Popes was not belonging to him, the sd Nath: Pope: but belonging to Jno Hallowes, as appeareth by a Bill of sale produced in Court under Nath: Popes hand. And Walter Gwest Attorney of the sd Blanch cnaueth respite till next Court to proue the inualidity of the Bill of Sale produced. Wch was granted.
