      assignes to warrant the sale of this sd Cow, wth her increase, Liber A.

      agst all claimes of any prson or prsons whatsoeuer unto the

      abouesd Walter Waterlin his heyres, Exequutors or assignes

      for eur And for the true prformance of all aboue written, I

      haue hereunto sett my hand this day of Decembr Ano Dni.

      1648.

        Know all men by these prnts tht I Mrs Margarett Brent At

      torney to his Lp of Mary Land haue sold & deliuered unto

      Willm Whitle Soldier of St Inego's ffort one black Cow cropped

      on both eares, wth a bob-tayle, out of his LPS stock, in part of

      paymt for his wages of a greater somme, dew unto the sd Willm

      Whitle. And further I the sd Margarett Brent doe warrant

      the sd sayle of the Cow, from all claimes in Law. That the sd

      Willm shall freely possesse & enioy the sd Cow, to him & his

      heyres for euer.

        Wittnes my hand this 21th of January 1647o

      Att a Court held att     Vppon the Request of Giles Brent Esqr p. 214

      St Johns 6o Deceml,r

        (Gouernor    That whereas Thomas or Jno Sturman

      Prnt C.G. Brent. Mr Tho: Gerrard were appoynted by uertue of a writt

                     formerly issued to come & proue their

      tytle, to a Bawld-pyed heighfer, in question betweene the sd

      Giles Brent, & the sd parties this Court. And tht they haue

      not appeared eyther by themselues, or their Attornies, to make

      proofe thereof, this being the last day of the Court. It is ther

      fore Ordered tht the sd Giles Brent shall keepe the sd Beast as

      his owne.

     

        Mrs Margarett Brent desyreth tht the suites depending

      betwixt her & Edw: Commins, & her & Mr Bradnox may be

      respited till next Court. her euidence being not arryued from

      Kent & the security gyuen concerning them, to continue till

      next Court. Which was granted her.

     

        Itt was requyred by the Gour tht in case any securities were

      taken from Capt Robt Vaughan, for his answering the suite of

      the sd Gour this prnt Court, It may stand in force to bring him
