         Vppon the demand of Marks Pheypo plf uers Wm Edwin Liber A.

       deft. The deft being lawfully summond & not appearing.

       The plf was allowed to proue his demand, who produced his

       Bill & deliuered uppon his oath tht he hath receiued noe part

       of satisfaction of it. And the Court fownd 40 l dew uppon the

       Bill for the plf.

      

         Vppon the demand of George Rutland plf vers Capt Edw.

       Hill deft 330 l Tob: The deft pr Attornat John Hallowes

       acknowledgeth the demand to be dew. And the Court fownd

       for the plf accordingly.

      

         Vppon the demand of Jno Hallowes plf uers. Wm Lewis deft

       for 800 l Tob: The deft acknowledgeth 560 l to be due. And

       the Court adiudged the same summe to be dew & noe more.

         ffeb 15. Exeqn and Satisfaciendfu.

      

         John Hallowes demandeth of James Neale Esqr one Cow, &

       502 l Tob. & cask for dammages for soe much, wch he hath bene

       damnifyed by a suite of Mr Tues. from wch Mr Neale was bownd

       to saue him harmeles.

         Beniamin Gill Attorney of Mr Neale appeared.

      

         Vppon the demand of Hugh Dunne Ordered by the Gour

       That hee haue lres of admistn granted him. & to deliur in

       Inuentory afore the Tenth of Feb: next. And acct before the

       first of March.

      

         These prnts testify tht I Thomas Greene Esqr his Lps

       Gouernor for the time being sold & deliuered unto Henry

       Adams Two yearling Heighfems of his Lps stock for 550 l Tob:

       & Cask. towards soldiers paymt Prouided allwayes, tht if

       eyther his Lp, or any Attorney from him shall desyre the sd

       cattle againe, betweene this & Christmas Day next. That then

       the sd Henry is to returne the sd cattle to his Lp or his Attorney,

       repaying eyther so much Tob: or contenting the sd Henry, in

       other commodities to the ualue thereof. In wittnes whereof I

       haue hereunto sett my hand this 1 2 day of Decembr 1647
