        Joseph Edlo plantr demandeth of John Hampton 250 l Tob:

      due uppon acct

        Warrt to the Sheriffe ret po die Decemh

     

        John Pyle demandeth of Mrs Marg: Brent Admistrator of the

      estate of Leon: Calvert Esqr 1 & 9d in goods att the first

      penny in England.

     

                     Vppon the demand of ffrancis Brookes

      Att a Court held att

      St Maries po Decemb.     plf agst John Hampton deft. The deft ap

      prnt.pearing the sd ffran: Brooks not appearing

      by himselfe or Attorney. The Court

      ordered tht the deft should be dismissed, & the plf to pay

      charges of suite.

     

        Vppon the demand of Walter Smyth plf agst Edw: Packer

      deff for 150 l Tob: & an iron pott. The deft proued tht hee pd

      unto Barn: Jackson, by the appoyntmt of the plf 100 l And 501

      more payd, & confessed by the plf. And further uppon the

      oath of the deft the Court was satisfyed tht the deft hath allready

      payd the plf for the pott. The Court ordered tht the deft

      should bee dismissed wthout day, & the plf to pay charges of

      Court.

     

        In case Robt Kedger uers Slingsbey respited till to morrow

      morning att 9 clock.

     

        Vppon the demand of George Manners Attorney of Jno

      Hollis plf agst Tho: Wagott deft the deft acknowledgeth 408 l

      wth Cask & 50 l wthout cask to be due unto the plf. Ordered

      that the plf should recovr accordingly & Court charges.

     

        Vppon the complt of Anthony Rawlins plf agst Edw: Hud

      son deft for taking certaine eares of Corne out of Rich: Cox's

      feud. The Court fownd for the plf 4 l Tob: & charges of

      Court.

     

        Vppon the demand of Edw: Hudson, (Attorney of Edw: p. 103

      Bland of Verg: marcht) plf agst Jno Wallton deft. for a Boate wch

      the deft. brought out of Virg. belonging to the sd Mr Bland.

      Ordered tht the Boate should be forthwth deliuered vnto the
