        Ellis Richarson of Chiskiuck in the County of Yorke de

      mandeth a man serut named Willm Price fugitiue from the sd

      Richardson, (out of his service out of Virginia) into this

      Prouince.

        warrt to Sergt Pheypo to apprehend the sd Price, & to bring

      him to St Inegos fort. forthwth to make answere to the sd demand.

        Came Mrs Margarett Brent & demanded further time, for to

      bring in the Inuentary of the Estate of Mr Leon: Caluert, not

      hauing had meanes as yett to collect it

        Ordered by the Gouerno' tht the sd Mrs Brent shall haue Ten

      dayes gyuen her to collect the estate together, & bring in

      Inventory as aforesd

        Vppon. the demand of Ellis Richardson uers: Willm Price

      the sd Price confassed tht he runne out of the seruice of the sd

      Richardson his Master. And it was ordered by the Gouernor

      tht the sd Price be restored to his sd Master forthwth
