       assignes to his & their owne vse for ever. witnesse my hand                   Liber P. R.

        These are to will & require you to arrest the Body of Giles

       Brent Esq, and keepe him in safe custody in the house of John

       Cook in St Georges hundred, vntill I shall call him to make

       answere to severall crimes agst the dignity & dominion of the

       right horle the Lord Proprietary of this Province to be obiected

       agsm the said Giies, or vntill you shall have order for his release.

       for wch this shaibe your warrant. Given at St Maries this 25th

       of January 1644.

       shailopp of the said nicolas wch he lent to James Neale Esq in

       spring last, to be well worth at that time, (one thousand wt of

       tob; & to the salle rigging & oares he is not able to make any

       estimate.
