      any the the rights debts & other estate of Ja. Cauther deceased

      in the hands of ffrancis Gray his exeq. to the vse of a iudgmt

      recovered by mrs Mar. Brent of 66 l beaver & 1300 l tob & make

      returne without delay

     

        nich: hervey appeared to the suit of Robt Ellyson for 955 l

      tob; & saith it is not due (more then 155 l) & to the demand of

      1 200 l for cure of the man, he saith the plf did relinquish

      the cure afore it was pfected, & prayed time to prove it in the

      afternoone.
